She's the daughter of a duke from an alternate reality where fungi became the dominant life forms, rather than animals.
Fun guy was her manservant, and born of a lower class.
They decided to seek out a new place to live where classes didn't matter and they could be open with their friendship and find like-minded people.
They found our Earth.
They are capable of regenerating any injury, with time.
Fun Guy's spores have hallucinatory properties, while Mushroom Girl's spores... will be determined later. >_>

Oh oh oh make her have Alice in Wonderland spore where they make you grow bigger or smaller... depending on which side of the mushroom they're from of course.
